2lbBeef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
6lgPotatoes, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
8 Carrots, sliced
1/2cWater
15ozCan tomato sauce
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix

In a Dutch oven, place half of the meat, potatoes and carrots. Repeat layers. Add water and tomato sauce. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Do not stir. Cover and bake at 250øF for 5 hours.
